Posted 4 February, 2015. Put your steering on full lock. Undo a few screws holding the wheel arch liner, pull down gently and this will give you much better access to the rear of the light unit and in particular the sidelight/indicators. Attack from underneath!!

Can you tell me if my 2011 Skoda Fabia 1.2 TSI has a cam belt or chain? Chain. They later switched them to belt because they were having problems with the chains, but that didn't happen until 2013. Looking for a garage you can trust?
I wanted to replace the battery in my 2016 Skoda Fabia 1.2 MPi. I changed the battery to a non VAG after market type and coded the car using VCDS. Here are some notes that may benefit others to do similar . The symptoms of the old battery failing were the start/stop function only working very infrequently and the car nagging about '12V battery
It may however be causing issues with charging or maintaining charge. When the car started up again, there was a quick drop as the starter engaged, dropping the voltage to ~9 volts. While sitting still with the engine off, the battery was initially at 12v, but then started to drop.
