The two are very different and don't always come together, as I mentioned about the MK3 Focus above. Keyless start is the actual engine start button. This makes the car no easier to steal as you'd have to physically break in still. Keyless entry uses a proximity fob. The fob sends out proximity signals all the time.

What I like the most about the new Focus is that it looks allot more spacious than the mk3/mk3.5. My previous mk2.5 was allot more spacious inside and had a far bigger boot than my mk3.5. The dash on the mk3/mk3.5 protrudes out far to much, robbing room for people in the front and as a consequence those sitting in the back.
2. Need to be pretty bright but not obnoxiously bright, I don't want to blind oncoming motorists. 3. Adjustable angles and bi directional (not 360°) for the same reason as #2. 4. Fit in the stock headlight assembly with no modifications including cutting or splicing wires, cutting or filing plastic, and I want to put the dust covers on.
